Life force energy is present in all living things but at times our energy pathways can become blocked or slow moving due to stress, fatigue, illness or other challenges in our lives. Receiving Reiki can help to clear blocks and allow energy to flow naturally once again through our bodies bringing ease and wellness. During the session we will tap into your guides and angels to create clarity. Angel cards and crystals are also used for this session.
Reiki Energy Healing 75
A full energy assessment where I will assess every energy center and provide you with a comprehensive summary of your overall energetic and spiritual state. Typically, this takes about 30 minutes and the client is welcome to ask any questions during this time. The session is then completed using angel cards and personalized energy balancing guided visualization and healing on any energy centers that require extra attention. -50 minutes
Reflexology is the application of pressure to areas on the feet, hands and ears. Reflexology is generally relaxing and may be an effective way to alleviate stress. The theory behind reflexology is that these areas correspond to organs and systems of the body. – 45 minutes

The philosophy and physicality of the yoga practice re-educate the body and the mind through movement, breath, and stillness. Our breath anchors us in the present moment and empowers us with the ability to self-regulate.
