Each session helps you change your life by changing the way you operate on a deeper level. Rather than just examining your behaviors, habits, and goals, they delve into your deep rooted beliefs and your connection to the divine. Receiving Reiki can help to clear blocks and allow energy to flow naturally once again through our bodies bringing ease and wellness. True Blue Studio Yoga & Barre

Introducing Amanda Adiburt & her Staff:

Yoga and mindfulness practices are empowering with far-reaching benefits that carry over from the yoga mat and into everyday life. The yoga mat is a safe place where people can begin to reconnect with themselves, to practice making choices, express when something doesn’t feel right to them, and figure out what would work better. For many survivors, the time spent on their mats is the first time, possibly in years, that they have been able to feel safe and breathe freely. The philosophy and physicality of the yoga practice re-educate the body and the mind through movement, breath, and stillness. Our breath anchors us in the present moment and empowers us with the ability to self-regulate.
